We are seeking a dedicated Care Navigation Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our care teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Provide reliable and consistent administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

- Assist with other streams as needed for seamless administration.
- Commitment to our organisation's mission and values.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to engage professionally and courteously with clients and customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and providing information effectively.
- Strong verbal communication skills for clear and concise articulation over the phone.
- Effective organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within the sector.
- Initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
