Care Navigation Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Care Navigation Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our care teams, clients, and stakeholders.   • Provide reliable and consistent administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices and consistent workflows.
  • Support positive communication, collaboration, and engagement within the team and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other streams as needed for seamless administration.
Requirements:

  2. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar.
  3. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  4. Ability to engage professionally and courteously with clients and customers over the phone.
  5. Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and providing information effectively.
  6. Strong verbal communication skills for clear and concise articulation over the phone.
  7. Effective organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation.
  8. Knowledge of compliance requirements within the sector.
  9. Initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Strong administrative and computer skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  12. Empathy and patience.
  13. Commitment to customer service excellence.
