Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to our clients across Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless business operations
- Manage emails and phone calls with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and manage accounts with precision
- Assist with payroll data entry and accounts payable/receivable tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or accounts with a strong understanding of business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications with a focus on administrative software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
