About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Estate Administration Specialist to join our Administration team in Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration of Deceased Estates, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation of Wills and other legal documents to ensure accurate administration of estates.
  • Collation and submission of applications to the courts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication with beneficiaries, banks, insurance agencies, and other government agencies to resolve claims and distribute estate assets.
  • Collaboration with taxation, legal, and professional services teams to achieve quality outcomes focused on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills to manage complex estate administration tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
