Job Title: Administration & Customer Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration and Customer Support Officer to join our team at Active Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and dealers
  • Develop and manage accounts through internal tracking and coordination
  • Meet Order Management goals and objectives
  • Educate dealers on promotions and product offerings
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service via phone, email, and fax
  • Process and verify customer orders, communicating any variances to the customer
  • Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, and inventory availability
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Process customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting established goals and objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated individual
