Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site technical position located at our head office, requiring flexibility with hours and availability when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to retail stores
  • Respond to and action all requests for IT support via remote dial-in, in-person, or by phone
  • Log, action, and escalate incidents as required
  • General IT and technology support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to offer feedback and take advice constructively
  • Ongoing admin and maintenance of POS and other systems
  • Deliver IT projects within agreed timeframes
Requirements
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and face-to-face support
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and recommending solutions
  • Proficiency with various software, especially email, spreadsheets, and excel
  • Experience in IT hardware and networking support, with Windows & iOS
  • Root cause analysis and systems improvement approach to solutions
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with external technology partners
  • Flexibility with hours and availability when required
