IT Support Specialist

This position requires a skilled IT professional to provide direct onsite support to clients in various locations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues with computer hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing onsite technical support to clients at designated locations
  • Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with computer hardware and software systems
  • Managing parts inventory and coordinating service visits as needed
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records of job status and outcomes
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, communicating effectively with team members and management
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware and software systems
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
