The RoleAs an Industrial Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with distributors and customers, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region. Key responsibilities include developing a strategic visit plan, strengthening and expanding relationships with distributors and customers, and building strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers.
- Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region.
- Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
- Must have experience in selling Industrial V Belt and Fluid power products.
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
- A fully maintained company vehicle.
