Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior managers to develop strategic sales plans and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline through relationship building and negotiation.
  • Hunt new opportunities within existing business by developing strong relationships with other sales representatives and account managers.
  • Manage the sales portfolio and ensure premium service delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with branch staff to ensure continuous customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in solution selling industrial products, including bearings and power transmissions.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to develop innovative ideas and strategies in sales planning and forecasting.
