Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Major Account Manager to execute the strategic sales plan and provide full service and support in the delivery of our contractual obligations.
- Act as primary point of contact for major customers and contracts.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to manage existing customers, grow business, and achieve financial objectives.
- Lead internal and external communications in relation to service, delivery, and price for major contracts.
- Ensure all KPI's are understood, communicated, and achieved in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Complete all required internal and external reporting requirements.
- Attend customer meetings and carry out customer presentations in relation to our service offering and contract deliverables.
- Support the planning and coordination of resources required for effective and efficient delivery of contractual requirements.
- Senior sales experience within a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve results.
- Proven ability and success in developing and converting sales opportunities at a Tier 0 and Tier 1 level.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High level of commercial acumen and awareness.
- Strong reporting and analytic skills.
