Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Job Placement Specialist to join our organization. As a Job Placement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced health challenges to find new employment opportunities and achieve their return-to-work goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and internal teams to provide safe and sustainable job opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of job skills, confidence, and independence among clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in employment services and job placement.
  • Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities to potential employers.
  • Broker new employment opportunities in various industries and regions.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Complete regular progress reports and other written documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in occupational and/or vocational rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in employment services or disability employment as a high performer is essential.
  • Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of the local labor market are required.
  • A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers is necessary.
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers is essential.
  • Current driver's license and motor vehicle are required.
