We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to participants, empowering them to manage employment-related barriers and secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case management services to participants, including barrier management and reverse marketing.
- Help each participant secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals and on-the-job support.
- Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in areas such as employment services or community services.
- Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management and placement of candidates into employment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
