We are seeking an experienced professional to drive customer success by ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Develop and execute engagement plans to ensure successful delivery of professional services and training engagements.

Requirements
