Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Permanent Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our Outside of School Hours Care program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work collaboratively with schools, families, and community groups to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of the program, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Work closely with regional teams to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with schools, families, and local community groups.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
  • A valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check.
  • A First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent).
