Youth Program Development Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to empower young children and provide engaging experiences in an Outside of School Hours Care program. You will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with the school community, managing a team of educators, and overseeing the operation of a high-quality program.
- Developing strong relationships with schools and families
- Leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional programs
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 2:30pm-6:00pm for afterschool care, with ample administration time outside of OSHC operating hours. Additionally, you will be involved in running School Holiday Programs from 7:00am-6:00pm.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma-level qualification or higher in early childhood education or a related field
- Current First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR) and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certifications
