Program Leadership Opportunity

As a Program Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of children in our care. Your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality programs will be essential in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate, age-specific activities that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting educators, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment that promotes open communication, mutual respect, and a growth mindset.

Actively promoting and maintaining a culture of safeguarding is paramount, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children within your care.

Establishing strong relationships with families through regular communication about their child's progress and promoting involvement in their child's program is crucial.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity for the children in our care is an ongoing commitment.

  • Develop innovative, play-based, Reggio Emilia focused, and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements, deliver innovation, and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma qualified in early childhood education or related field

• Proven track record in developing and implementing high-quality programs

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
