Project Director

As a Project Director, you will lead the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects, driving business growth and excellence in project management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of highways design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases of highway projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Apply lessons learned to improve project delivery and governance processes
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in transport infrastructure engineering or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex design interfaces and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with a deep understanding of highways design and construction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
