We are seeking a talented civil engineer to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:
  • Deliver technical excellence by providing civil engineering advice and applying advanced technical skills to produce high-quality designs for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure quality and compliance by performing detailed analysis and design tasks in alignment with relevant technical standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate across disciplines by engaging proactively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and multidisciplinary contributors to ensure coordinated, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project and team success by contributing to the commercial and operational success of projects through sound project management principles, meeting deliverables, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and multidisciplinary contributors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in highway design combined with a collaborative mindset, strength in communication, and eagerness to grow within a purpose-driven team.
  • Experience in hands-on design for highways and infrastructure projects, preferably within the NSW market.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering and commitment to professional development, ideally working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of local design standards, including Austroads Guide to Road Design (AGRD) and Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Supplements.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with industry-standard road design software such as 12D, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D.
