Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled civil engineer to deliver technical excellence and ensure quality and compliance on complex infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and apply advanced technical skills to produce high-quality designs for highways and infrastructure projects.

You will perform detailed analysis and design tasks in alignment with relevant technical standards, client requirements, and our quality and assurance processes. Your collaboration across disciplines will ensure coordinated, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

As a champion of innovation and safety, you will assist in the development and integration of BIM and digital engineering practices, supporting sustainable design solutions and improved health and safety outcomes across infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a commitment to professional development and ideally working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.
  • 3+ years of hands-on design experience in highways and infrastructure projects, ideally within the NSW market.
  • Experience on Transport for NSW (TfNSW) road projects, which will be highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of local design standards, including the Austroads Guide to Road Design (AGRD) and TfNSW Supplements, with the ability to apply these effectively in real-world contexts.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and exposure to industry-standard road design software such as 12D, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
