We are seeking an expert in highway infrastructure design to join our team in Sydney. You will work on complex projects, delivering technical excellence and ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contributors to ensure coordinated project delivery.">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">
  • ">
  • 3+ years of hands-on design experience in highways and infrastructure projects, ideally within the NSW market.">
  • Experience on Transport for NSW (TfNSW) road projects, which will be highly regarded.">
  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a commitment to professional development, ideally working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.">
  • Strong knowledge of local design standards, including the Austroads Guide to Road Design (AGRD) and TfNSW Supplements, with the ability to apply these effectively in real-world contexts.">
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and exposure to industry-standard road design software such as 12D, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D.">
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.">
  • A natural strength in communications and coordination of multiple disciplines.">
