Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Agribusiness Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with corporate and institutional agribusiness clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and team members to structure new banking facilities and manage existing ones.
  • Develop effective client relationships and strategies to grow a high-value portfolio of clients.
  • Work closely with product and risk specialists on idea and solution development.
  • Manage the operational aspects of client day-to-day banking requirements.
  • Prepare concise credit reports, annual reviews, and monitor covenant compliance.
  • Assist with KYC/onboarding and general client correspondence.
  • Play a key role in ensuring information accuracy on source systems.
  • Travel to regional Australia to understand client business and banking requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in agriculture and/or commodity markets.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a commercial or corporate banking environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting (desired).
  • Experience using internal bank systems and sound policy/procedure knowledge (desired).
