Agribusiness Banking Graduate Program

This graduate program offers a unique opportunity to embark on a meaningful career path in agribusiness banking. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this field.

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. As a graduate in this program, you will be responsible for assisting in the critical functions of building a robust bank. Your tasks may include rotating through key operations teams, developing technical skills, and exploring opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a final year undergraduate or postgraduate degree holder or have recently completed your study within the past three years. Additionally, you should be available to start full-time employment from February 2026 and be an Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. A demonstrated knowledge and interest in agribusiness and strong communication skills are also essential.
