You are highly skilled in engaging and communicating with customers and take genuine care in supporting their needs. You effectively build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams, thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills. You also have high attention to detail and the ability to be flexible, remain organised and multi-task in a busy role.

You bring an understanding of end-to-end lendingprocesses and simple loan structuring and credit requirements and may also have knowledge of financial accounting and cash flow budgeting and/or financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.

You have experience with Agribusiness, OR a passion for and willingness to learn about rural and agri businesses and lending, and you are great at having sales conversations with customers that provide solution-based outcomes.

As a **Relationship** **Associate,** you'll get to:

- Have a career pathway to become an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, gaining exposure to a national operating model
- Support a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers and their customer portfolios, with workloads being shared across the Agribusiness Associate team to meet portfolio performance outcomes.
- Deepen existing customer relationships through understanding our customers' needs and providing relevant solutions across all Business & Agribusiness product suites.

This is a permanent **full-time** position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model of two days per week based out of our **Narrogin, Bunbury or Albany regional offices**. So, talk to us about what flexibility looks like to you.
