Job Title: Corporate Governance Administrator

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date company registers, reporting tools, and governance documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Provide timely administrative support to the Company Secretary and Corporate Governance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Coordinate and prepare materials for board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, and action items, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  4. Support compliance processes by assisting with audits, policy reviews, and regulatory requirements to maintain a high standard of governance.
  5. Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and board members, to build trust and foster effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a governance or combined governance/legal role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Skillset:
  1. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  3. Advanced computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  4. A sound understanding of governance frameworks, legislation, and best practice compliance.
