- Provide a person-centred environment respecting client rights and needs.
- Offer companionship, support, and assistance with daily errands, gardening, and yard maintenance.
- Support clients with academic, social, or recreational activities.
- Prepare food as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
- A valid National Police Check.
- CURRENT First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation.
