We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with personal care activities such as showering and dressing, and supporting day-to-day tasks.
They will work closely with the clinical team to ensure that care plans are followed and maintain accurate documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- A reliable team player
