Compassionate Home Caregivers Wanted

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to provide care support in the homes of our valued clients. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while growing and thriving as a person.

As a Right at Home caregiver, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own needs and stories. You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation, household chores, and light housekeeping
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life
  • Responding to emergency situations and providing critical care when needed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development
  • Current first aid and CPR certification, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
