We are seeking a Team Operations Leader to join our team at North Lakes Library. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and drive performance in a dynamic environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the library team, ensuring high standards of presentation and facility care.
- Manage the library's collection to meet the needs of the local community.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Lead and support the library team in their daily operations, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the review of library processes and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Valid QLD Working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement.
