As an Overnight Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading store operations during the evening and night trade. Your primary goal is to ensure that the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
About The RoleYou will report directly to the Store Manager and have full accountability of store operations during your designated shift. This includes guiding team members, allocating tasks, and providing support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
