About the Role

As a key member of our Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include providing prompt and friendly advice and assistance to customers, handling cash and gaming transactions, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cash and gaming transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
About You

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
