About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Beverage team at Greenbank Services Club.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and gaming transactions, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service to members and guests
  • Handle cash and gaming transactions efficiently and securely
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Promote Club events and activities to members and guests
About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
