About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Beverage team at Greenbank Services Club.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and gaming transactions, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

You will also be required to promote Club events and deliver efficient customer service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer-focused advice and assistance to members and guests
  • Communicate effectively and take food/drink orders
  • Handle all cash and gaming transactions in an efficient manner
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer-focused beverage service to members and guests
  • Promote Club events and deliver efficient customer service to members and guests
  • Clean and maintain a clean and tidy work area
About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the hospitality or customer-related industry, who possesses a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with customers and will have impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to shift work, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can acquire after employment)
  • Responsible Service of Gaming (can acquire after employment)
  • Comply with the current vaccine mandate as directed by Queensland Health
  • Working rights in Australia
