HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
About the OpportunityThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with business leaders and providing human resources support. You will work collaboratively with leaders, advising on people programs that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders
- Provide human resources support to leaders and employees
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
- Working knowledge of all HR disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
