Senior Risk Manager Role

This role requires a senior-level risk professional to lead and support business units through generalist responsibilities including risk and control self-assessment, issue management, operational loss mitigation, governance, risk compliance tools, and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, execution, and challenge of risk self-assessment processes across multiple business units, ensuring risks are accurately identified and mitigated.
  • Oversee and track risk issues, action plans, and operational losses to ensure timely remediation, proper documentation, and transparent reporting.
  • Utilize platforms like Archer to support data management, reporting, and oversight across risk programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare insightful risk reports and provide proactive guidance to stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong knowledge of RCSA, issue management, and operational loss frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools preferred.
  • Ability to work across multiple risk disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
