Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr JCW is partnering with a growing commercial bank to bring on a new Director to the banks Risk function.
Reporting to the Head of ERM/ORM, this position will be responsible for helping to lead the Operational Risk Management program.
Role Responsibilities Lead the development of the Operational Risk function; minimizing operational loss and implementing new risk frameworks.
Managing the banks ORM systems and software.
Develop future strategies for the Banks ORM program.
Drive the Banks risk culture across the bank through trainings.
Role Requires 8+ years of Risk experience.
Candidates must have experience with Banks over $100 B in assets.
Prior experience leading and managing Risk programs.
