About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Specialist to join our Digital & Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end digital campaigns and ensuring the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Digital Campaign Delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy digital campaigns using tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Conversion Optimisation
- Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine digital experiences and drive acquisition and conversion uplift.
- Digital Customer Journey
- Be responsible for the digital customer journey and ensure delivery of the best experience for Colonial First State customers and advisors.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Build dashboards, monitor, and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement best practices and enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (such as Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Data Platform, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics).
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, web analytics, and performance marketing.
- Ability to provide input into strategy and best practices to drive acquisition and conversion uplift.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen – Adobe Analytics highly regarded or similar application used to extract useful insights from digital data.
- Experience in CRM marketing campaign delivery and automation tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser/Adobe Campaign highly regarded.
