We are seeking a skilled professional to manage property and farm claims. This role is part of our team that provides exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, or call centre roles. A background in general insurance, particularly in property, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
You will be responsible for processing claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt resolutions. Your strong customer service skills, coupled with your ability to handle multiple tasks, will enable you to provide high-quality service to diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Promote products and services through building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
