Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all operational requirements for major clients in the UK. You will handle all aspects of international and domestic freight movements, including import and export by sea, air, and land. Your role will involve identifying trends within the business and developing solutions to maintain positive momentum or correct negative patterns.

You will work closely with branch and operations managers to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service. Your goal will be to continually improve processes to enable high gross profit delivery and minimize financial impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all operational requirements for major clients in the UK.
  2. Handle all aspects of international and domestic freight movements.
  3. Identify trends within the business and develop solutions to maintain positive momentum or correct negative patterns.
