Key Role in Ocean Freight Import Department

We are a leading logistics company with a portfolio of services across multiple modes of transportation. Our goal is to connect people and businesses securely and reliably, enabling global sustainable trade flows.

As a key point of contact for allocated customers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, managing, and closing job files
  • Responding to customer queries and concerns related to bookings
  • Completing all bookings and preparing documentation according to customer requirements and standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring bookings meet customer-specific performance targets
  • Accurately completing billing requirements and resolving claims and disputes

Your success as a Customer Operations Specialist depends on your ability to:

  • Achieve on-time delivery performance targets
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and transport documentation
  • Maintain high standards of safety, legality, and compliance
  • Minimize freight costs while maintaining service levels
  • Negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers

To be successful, you will need a minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics, proficiency in Cargowise, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
