Training and Development Specialist

The NSW SES is seeking an experienced and qualified professional to enhance member capability and capacity through targeted training and development programs.
This role coordinates and supports the delivery of quality training and assessment, working closely with volunteer trainers and assessors across various courses.
Regular travel within NSW is required, including weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and assessment to members
- Develop targeted training and development programs to enhance member capability and capacity
- Coordinate and support the delivery of quality training and assessment with volunteer trainers and assessors
- A current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor/higher qualification)
- Current qualifications in one or more Capability areas, including General Land Rescue, Land Search
- A valid full Class C Driver's License
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings at various locations across NSW
- A 35-hour work week with potential for flexible work arrangements
- A hybrid work environment, time in the office and time working from home
