Assistant Night Manager Job Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our overnight operations as an Assistant Night Manager.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic role where you'll play a dual part, assisting with hotel operations during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include ensuring guest services, conducting accurate financial reconciliations, maintaining safety and compliance, and supervising overnight team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support overnight hotel operations, stepping in as needed.
  • Complete timely and accurate financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain hotel security and provide exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and report any financial discrepancies and process all relevant audit tasks.
  • Assist in supervising overnight team members and ensuring standards are maintained.
  • Prepare daily operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, protocols, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in front office or night audit roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work independently overnight and handle emergency situations.
