Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Night Duty Manager to oversee all operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a safe environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Perform nightly audits to ensure accurate financial records
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns, escalating issues as necessary to maintain a positive experience
  • Maintain a secure environment for our guests throughout the night

Requirements:

  • Australian Working Rights (sponsorship is not available)
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for working at night
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Experience in Front Office operations, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar systems
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
  • Leadership skills, promoting a positive team culture
