
Customer Relationship Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of customers, managing data and tools to ensure seamless marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting various platforms such as Pipedrive, Xero, Mailchimp, Kartra, Google suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush, and SMS tools into one consistent and reliable funnel.
]The successful CRM Manager will design and automate email/SMS flows that nurture, educate, and re-engage prospects until they are sales-ready. They will also build and maintain AI assistants to integrate with our website and client platforms for FAQs, lead engagement, and after-sale support.
]A key responsibility of this position is to keep UTMs, schema maps, and dedupe rules tight so integrations don't break and reporting stays clean. Additionally, the CRM Manager will build dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio) that show funnel health, campaign ROI, and sales enablement insights.
Requirements:- 3–6+ years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Marketing Automation / RevOps.
- Hands-on experience with CRM + ESP integrations (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Kartra).
- Strong automation chops (Zapier/Make/API).
- Experience with Google suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush.
- Curiosity and capability to experiment with Custom GPTs and AI tools.
- A track record of designing journeys that lift engagement and conversions.
- Bonus points for experience integrating finance systems (Xero) into marketing/sales workflows.
- Background in trades, services, or high-ticket consumer industries.
