This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our centralised change team on a short-term contract basis, with potential for extension or permanent capacity.

The position involves developing and implementing communication plans for digital solution changes and updated ways of working. This includes creating training programs, including e-learning modules, to support stakeholder engagement and capability building.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate change-related activities within project schedules, including business readiness assessments and workshops.
  • Establish clear objectives, targets, and measures to assess change effectiveness and integrate change management planning with organisational standards.

About You:

  • You possess a relevant tertiary qualification in change management, project management, or equivalent work experience.
  • You hold sound knowledge of Change Management methodology and framework (PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • You have experience driving change activities within technology projects and can engage stakeholders through various learning approaches.
  • You possess excellent process mapping and written instruction development skills, as well as training design experience and confidence in facilitation.
