Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions.

You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, functional leads, and executive stakeholders to centralize and optimize core business functions. This will enable a more agile and scalable operating model, aligning with our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes.
  • Engage and collaborate with key SMEs and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SMEs and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
