As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Reservations Team in providing top-notch service and maximizing revenue opportunities. This includes supervising, supporting, and training Reservations Team Members to ensure high standards of service and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Reservations Team in providing exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate monthly objectives to increase occupancy and revenue, and handle incoming reservations enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and maximise revenue opportunities, input bookings into rooms to maximise back-to-back bookings, and constantly monitor room allotments and availability.
  • Coordinate group bookings at the hotel, attempting to fulfill client requests and special needs where possible.
  • Maintain records of special accounts and travel agency statistics, provide Sales with accurate account statistics, and problem solve systems issues and customer requests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Hotel Reservations is essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
