The primary goal of this role is to generate revenue through strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, build strong relationships with donors, and create innovative campaigns to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
- Create and grow corporate partnerships and sponsorships
- Design and deliver innovative fundraising events and digital campaigns
- Write grant applications and proposals
- Manage donor care and communications
Requirements:
- Proven success in fundraising, philanthropy or business development
- Experience securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- A track record of delivering creative fundraising initiatives
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine passion for making an impact in medical research
