The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial, business development, or strategic partnership roles, preferably in financial services. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships Growth to identify, negotiate, and manage commercial opportunities that drive revenue and expand our market footprint. Your focus will be on creating and delivering growth strategies and associated value generation across the group.

  • IDentify and develop growth opportunities: Proactively source, assess, and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Commercial negotiations: Support commercial terms negotiations, pricing models, and contractual arrangements to optimise value and mitigate risk.
  • Data-driven storytelling: Use data to craft compelling business cases and partnership proposals. Present insights and recommendations clearly using PowerPoint, combining strong narrative structure with actionable data and visuals.
  • Market & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, partner activity, and emerging technologies to refine partnership strategy.
  • Contract management & renewals: Oversee the lifecycle of partner contracts, including timely renewals, renegotiations, and updates to reflect evolving business priorities.
  • Performance tracking & reporting: Set KPIs for partnerships and provide regular reporting on partner performance, revenue contribution, and market impact.
