  • Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Manage incident response and recovery processes.
  • Provide strategic direction for technology operations and security improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technology operations or security manager role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Defender, and Purview.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management is a plus.
