Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Leader located in Melbourne, VIC. The Technology Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies. Additionally, the Technology Leader will collaborate with various departments to optimize technology operations and drive innovation within the company.

  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring
  • Strong knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and payment processing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications in IT, software development, or related fields are beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
