We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our property coordination department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of government and customer property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and controlling physical property, maintaining control records, coordinating property management matters with various departments, and supporting reviews and audits.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee the establishment of a departmental property coordination system, ensuring compliance with government requirements and site appendix.

  • Maintain accurate records of property control and ensure timely updates.

  • Coordinate with affected departments to resolve property-related issues.

  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

  • Act as the primary contact point for AGPC-related matters.

  • Implement industry-leading practices, voluntary consensus standards, and standardized forms.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.

  • Work collaboratively with teams to achieve property management objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian Citizen.

  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property coordination.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
